Pumpkin dupe? Get the scoop.

Every fall we look forward to the comforts of flavors such as vanilla, cinnamon, and pumpkin. But in recent media reports we've learned that not all "Pumpkin" flavored foods contain actual pumpkin.

This news is shocking...and true! You see, many of the seasonal items that are labeled as "pumpkin" actually might only contain seasonal spices that mimic pumpkin flavor. Seasonings such as cinnamon, cloves and vanilla can be blended with pumpkin spice to create an overall flavor that mimics your favorite fall treat.

Being duped by packages claims is no reason to avoid your favorite seasonal blend. Just be sure to read the ingredients on the label. Know that the ingredients are listed in order of abundance within that food.
