Try our Better Choice Cranberry and Orange Relish!
You'll need:
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 12 ounce package of fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup granulated Splenda
Directions:
Bring a medium pot of water to boil. Add cranberries. Boil until cranberries start to "pop". You'll see them split ever-so-slightly. Drain and flash with cold water and ice cubes. Let sit for about 5 minutes in strainer. When cooled, add orange slices, cranberries and Splenda into a food processor and blend until almost smooth. *We prefer a few small chunks of orange and cranberries in the sauce. Serve chilled. *You may also want to consider adding 1/2 of a red delicious apple to add sweetness without adding any additional sugar substitute.
